課程概述 |
This course will draw on cases from both the US Supreme Court and international law systems. It will cover a wide range of subjects, from environmental law to business law, to improve students' comprehensive Legal English skills. |
|
課程目標 |
Two main goals:
1) Prepare students for advanced legal study abroad, especially in the US.
2) Prepare students for international law-based careers in the public and private spheres. |

Preferred but not required: Some comparative law background |
